tummy time
allie’s not a big fan. she usually cries the moment i roll her onto her tummy. quite the opposite of her brother who wanted to have nothing to do with being on his back. this is probably why mikey could totally lift and hold his own head up since he was two months old and why allie barely lifts hers off the ground at three and a half months old.

you can do it allie!!! (ian hated tummy time too, until he could crawl, then he hated being on his back, you can’t win) she is totally a spitin’ image of you, too sweet 🙂

megan hated it at first too. everyday i would make her stay on her tummy a little longer than the day before. literally it started at one minute, then two, then three…until she loved it. 🙂

allie is getting cuter and cuter! kate still doesn’t like tummy time and she’s 7 mo. old. i never pushed the agenda that much. is that why she doesn’t seem to have any indication of wanting to crawl? she has yet to be able to roll from back to stomach. hmmm. maybe i’ll schedule in a bit of tummy time today.
