something about blueberries…
just in the last week or so, allie’s decided that she loooves to eat! before, she’d just sample a bite or two of pureed veggie or fruit and then decide that she’s fine with just milk. i was beginning to worry about her. but now, she eats as fast as i can get the spoon in her mouth and starts fussing at me if the next bite is too long in coming. gets a bit complicated when mikey also needs help eating at the same time. but so far, we’re managing and i’m happy to report that it’s actually fun to feed the girl.
i couldn’t resist taking the following pictures after breakfast this morning. now, i usually try to keep things neat and clean when i’m feeding allie (so that the cleanup afterward is quick!), but there’s just something about blueberries that make ’em spread and spread the more you try to contain ’em!
and since my little boy was plaintively asking, “mikey too? mikey too?”, here’s one of mikey showing me how old he is.
this entry is for phil’s benefit since he’s working tonight and won’t get to see his kiddos til tomorrow afternoon. we love you daddy!

when i told steven (my hubby) that phil’s xanga name is dr. gas. he immediate got it. i on the other hand thought that phil had a facination with flatulence or burping. =)
