an evening stroll
this entry is a bit out of order because i wanted to get a post in to say happy birthday to phil on his actual birthday. the pics from the previous entry were actually taken early last week and this entry has more taken from that same day.
finally, FINALLY, spring has arrived for good. we went from temps in the 20s straight up to temps now in the 70s! 
minnesota weather is never boring, to say the least. i *think* it’s safe to say we’re done with snow. i’m sure i’ll miss it next winter, but for now, all i can say is good riddance! with all this nice weather, the kids and i have been outside every chance we get. phil even came home one night and commented that allie looked darker. oops! heh heh, guess i better put some sunscreen on the kiddos…
and since we’ve been outside so much, mikey’s now learned how to pedal his tricycle! we went to the park last monday evening (had another house showing and three showings this last weekend and still no offers. sigh.) where mikey showed daddy his newfound skill.

it was a great evening to be out enjoying the time together. we’ll sure miss our neighborhood park!

hey, megan has that same tricycle and she still does not fully get how to do it. maybe her legs are not strong enough yet? anyway, very cute pictures as always. hope you get an offer soon! 🙂

mikey looks so cute with his safety helmet on and allie looks so itty bitty on that swing. i can’t wait to give both of them a huge hug in person. oh and of course their mommy too!
i did the same thing with sam’s bday entry too. i went out of order and will have to go back and post earlier stuff.
btw- when are we going to start making a list of things we want to do once you move back?
