easter recap
we were invited to have easter dinner at the home of some good friends from church last sunday. we weren’t quite sure what to expect since their extended family would also be there and you never know how that’s going to go, you know? but it ended up being a really fun time and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. they had fun stuff planned for the kids and really yummy food to munch on all day. my favorite! hee hee.
allie got right to work decorating easter cookies as soon as we got there.
caught this little guy eating the candies more than decorating with them!
mikey just wanted to play at first, but he finally decided to decorate a cookie too.
then the kids were assembled outside to listen to a short story about the real meaning of easter.
then the moment all were anxiously waiting for… the easter egg hunt!

Allie, is just a beauty…Future Ms. America for sure…Your family is just getting so beauitful!!..Way to go, Mikey!!!..He sure was lucky…I need to hang out with him….BTW, wow, the event looks so much fun!!……Baby Lauren is growing way to fast…………..so jealous she has so much hair….lol………….I tried putting a ponytail on Gracie’s hair……….lol….not enough hair to attempt….lol…. Allie is going to have some competition with Lauren…She’s getting cuter everyday….lol….

@HSookiC – yeah, like i told phil last night, allie’s turning in to cousin it! i GOTTA get that girl in for her first haircut. yet i can’t seem to bring myself to actually do it!

@babymomof2 – aww, thank you! you’re so sweet. it’s funny, we go back and forth between thinking lauren looks like allie’s baby pictures, but then other times she totally resembles mikey too. at least she’s the bridge between the two since mikey and allie look nothing alike! ha ha.

@mtsai – i think i might get Sammie bangs like Allie…BTW, I really wanted to name Sammie, Allie….to bad, we knew a close friend who’s daughter was also given that name…lol…BTW, do get Allie’s hair trimmed? She has the prettiest hair for alittle girl…So soft, naturally straight…She looks like a little grown up igirl n a munchkin body….soo cute~~..your kids always makes me smile…………its nice having two good looking parents to pass the genes….

if you ever decide to leave your kids somewhere for a loooong time, i’ll take them. Love the girly’s cute smiles…and mikey is such a big boy. You have the bestest looking family (tell Phil he needs to shave that thing OFF, he looks great without covering his chin up)
