vacation recap, part three
ok, now back to the vacation fun!
making our way through the first week of our vacation… it felt kinda intense, waking up each day, getting everyone ready to go, packing snacks and drinks and strollers and diaper bag, and getting everyone buckled down in the van for the next adventure. but totally do-able with phil’s awesome help and since there were two of us to take care of the kids. sooooo much easier!
in other words, it was vacation boot camp!
and what’s a vacation without a trip to…
we ended up renewing our annual passes so we’ll have another year to check out the happiest place on earth. and we were just in time to see the newly renovated “it’s a small world” ride. it was kinda crowded at disneyland that day (strange since it was past spring break time, but when is disneyland ever NOT crowded?), but happily, the line at the small world ride was short and quick.
about to head in to the tunnel…
everything was super bright and colorful.
more vacation adventures coming up next! thanks for checking in!

Happy Belated Mother’s Day! I can’t wait till Matthew is old enough to say “Happy Mother’s Day” to me. I love Disneyland! Hubby promise to take me…I mean us to Disneyland for July 4th. Is the annual pass for individuals only? Or can you buy a family pass? Do you know if the annual pass at Costco is individual or family? I want to purchase a family pass so that we can go more than once! Thanks!

@joesee22 – i think we had to buy individual passes for each of us (i don’t think disney has family passes), but the kids’ passes were cheaper than ours. i think the passes sold at costco are per individual- i thought it was a pretty good deal if you want to be able to go on more days (like sundays and some holidays). we ended up getting the least expensive pass since we’ll still be able to go on some weekdays next year. hope this helps! you’ll LOVE taking matthew to disneyland! it’s so much more fun with little kids. π

i love that shot of Allie-“WE’RE AT DISNEYLAND MOM!!!!!” Precious pictures, FYI try going to Disneyland the week after Labor day, No lines anywhere, but sometimes some of the good rides are closed for refurbishment

I, too, love the picture of Allie here and the story behind her expression. π
