Personal Making the Most of It, part 3 January 9, 2015 / The last day of our little getaway looked like this… In old town San Diego waiting for a table for lunch. Watching the ladies make handmade tortillas. Yum… Like moths to a flame. Every time. Wanted a pic of our Midway overnight survivors. But then he felt sad and left out. And then they started to feel a little sad and left out. Discovered this little root beer shop while walking around. Further discovered that root beer floats were $10 and that was the sale item of the day. We left without making any root beer or bacon related purchases. Much to the kids’ disappointment. But they got over it. Love this kid so much. Feels like I’ve said that before. Very Little House on the Prarie-esque. Then the mama got tired so she volunteered to pull the wagon. She got it in her head that she absolutely needed a dream catcher in her life. Obviously she asked her daddy. Which is why this is now hanging on the wall by her bed. Love these times spent with my crew. 🙂
