The rest of the pics from Jonah’s birthday at home:
After all that pretend cooking, they decided they needed to relax a little. Though I’m not sure how relaxing this actually was…
Especially once the dog jumped in on the fun.
This… is not safe.
Jonah had handed out little goody bags to his preschool friends earlier that day and I just so happened to have a few (exactly four) extra glow-in-the-dark bouncy balls. Now seemed like a good idea to bust em open.
Blurry but I love Jonah’s face here.
Then we brought the party inside. Our hallway.
To the left are the doorless cabinets that needed the hinges that Phil was so busily working on.
Then it was time for cake!
Calling out the birthday boy. Also another shot of our doorless cabinets.
He’s a big boy now. Sniff.
This one makes me laugh.
My crazies.
That dimple gets me every time.
He was so~o~o excited to open his present. This pack of superheroes was all his daddy’s doing.
He’s sometimes too rough playing with his big brother, but man, he loves him so so much.
Happy happy birthday my little son. Your existence may have caught us by surprise and you may be quite a handful at times, but we adore you and thank God for you. You bring silliness and laughter and big hugs to our family and so much joy to our hearts. God gave us a good gift when He gave us you!
