allie baby’s four months old already!  when did that happen?!  she had her well-baby visit yesterday and got four shots, two in each leg.    in happier news, she’s growing and thriving.  height – 23 1/4 inches (10th percentile), weight – 14 lb. 5 oz (75 percentile!).  short and chubby, just like her mama!    at any rate, we praise God for such a happy, healthy baby!

allie’s slowly getting used to being on her tummy.  so i got a toy mirror to make it a little more interesting for her.  i think she liked it! now what’s this action here?                         boy i’m pooped, time to rest!      

temps here have been in the upper 90s with killer humidity.  this has definitely been the hottest summer since we’ve been here.  crazy.  so we decided to beat the heat yesterday by going to an indoor water park.  it took a little bit of time for mikey to get used to the park as it was pretty LOUD in there.  but we all ended up having a great time together.  the giant kiddie play area     daddy and mikey going down the slide (blurry- taken with our old digi cam).     mikey was a happy boy just eating goldfish crackers and watching everyone else play.     the second child gets…

mikey looooves being outside.  he especially loves going to the park.  he never wants to leave.  so, we’ve spent many an evening outdoors after dinner. i love when mikey does the kimchee squat to examine something on the ground.  usually, it’s a bug.  this time, it was a balloon fragment.   looking down the tunnel slide but not going down it.   random kids seem to like playing with mikey.  here, these two are laughing together after they threw tennis balls down the slide.  ha ha, very funny, kids.   going down the slide with daddy.   sunset.
