VBS: Cave Quest
Before we knew it, VBS was upon us. Which is always the signal that summer is beginning to wind down, but still, a full week of fun learning and worshiping Jesus was ahead of us! Some highlights… As always an incredibly fun week and always such a blessing to see everyone come together, using their time and talents to share the love of Jesus as they served the little ones.

Resolved, 2018
And I’m back. 2017 was documented within an inch of its life on Instagram as I finally actually accomplished a 365 photo project last year. It’s been something I’ve wanted to do for several years, but it felt too daunting, too time consuming, too ripe for failure. And a lot of the days, it felt like all of the above. But I am so very glad I convinced myself to do it, I am so thankful for all the memories that were captured and saved for what a crazy year it was (!), and now I am very grateful it is done and the self-imposed pressure is off. Camping 2016
Ugh. Aaaaand now I am a year and three months behind. Where did the summer go?? Seriously, I just can not catch up neither here or in real life. But it’s been such a great summer relishing all the time together and soaking up all the little moments. Especially as the kids keep getting older seemingly faster and faster, it’s ever more apparent that the time to enjoy is NOW and I’m thankful to say that we’ve been doing some really good enjoying of being together, this stage of our family life, this past summer of little and big moments. Hawaii, Part 6
Hard to believe the previous post was over and done with while the morning was still bright and early. We still had a packed schedule to enjoy our last full day in Hawaii. [sob]. Mahalo Hawaii for a trip we’ll never forget and aloha until we meet again.
