so it snowed all day yesterday and today. we’re up to our keisters in the white stuff! since it wasn’t too too cold yesterday afternoon (if you consider 28 degrees not too bad) mikey and i ventured out to get our mail.

two layers of clothes, snowsuit, hat, mittens, boots, and twenty minutes later, we finally made it outside!

i tried to get mikey to make a snow angel in our driveway, but he looked kinda miserable because the snow (which was still coming down) was falling right into his eyes. he kept them tightly closed. heh heh.

our mailbox is just around the corner from our place, but we needed to bust out the sled for mikey and bear. like how the mail is sticking out behind his shoulder?

*update on phil* his interview at usc is tomorrow morning!!! he flew out this evening and will also get to have dinner with sam, jenny, dan, and minna. i’m sad we couldn’t come with him, but then the visit would have been so short i’d have been sadder to have to leave so soon! pray that his interview goes well!
