he did it!!!
that’s right folks, phil tsai has graduated from medical school! yahoo, yeehaw, and hooray!!! his graduation ceremony took place last friday afternoon.

the sign joanna made for phil. she also made him a candy necklace with all green jolly ranchers! sooo cute. good thing she made all that cuz i never would have thought of it. the sign came in handy too, as phil spotted it from the stage and was able to find us afterward.

it was a gorgeous day and tulips were blooming everywhere on campus.
that evening, we went to timber lodge steakhouse for some yummy prime rib. johnny did a great job helping mikey eat and even cleaned him up afterward. mikey loooves his ‘unka johnny’!
it was such a beautiful day all around. i got a bit teary-eyed during the ceremony reflecting on how good and faithful God has been to phil and to our family as He led us every step of the way through this long journey and ultimately allowed us to make it to this wonderful day of joyous celebration.
